1 Introduction

3.2 One Account Per Player

4.1 Deposits

Bank transfers generally complete within 15–30 minutes. okoak does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. okoak targets withdrawal processing within two (2) hours for verified accounts; actual timing may vary depending on your payment provider's processing schedule.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The following general conditions apply to all okoak bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 years or older only.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Responsible Gaming

• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okoak's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their okoak account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okoak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if okoak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okoak does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may temporarily interrupt access to the okoak Platform.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the okoak Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, text, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of okoak Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without okoak's prior written consent.

12 Privacy

13 Amendments to These Terms

Where changes are material, okoak will endeavour to notify registered players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the okoak Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and okoak, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached through our internal complaints process within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.

You and okoak agree that any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
